Job Description:
1. Responsible for overseas market development and customer maintenance for the company's four major product categories: 3C digital products, digital home appliances, audio-visual entertainment, and fire safety, and expand international customer resources;
2. Follow up on the full process of foreign trade orders, including client negotiations, quotations, contract signing, document processing, logistics tracking, and after-sales coordination to ensure smooth order completion;
3. Keep abreast of industry trends and overseas market demands, collect market information, and provide feedback for product optimization and market expansion suggestions;
4. Maintain the company's overseas platforms (e.g., B2B platforms, social media), release product information, and increase product exposure and customer inquiries;
5. Cooperate with the team to achieve foreign trade performance targets and actively carry out various overseas market promotion activities.
Qualifications:
1. College degree or above, with a preference for majors in International Trade, Business English, etc.; at least 1 year of relevant foreign trade experience. Experience in export trade or in the 3C/home appliance/fire safety industries is preferred;
2. Fluent in English (speaking, listening, reading, writing), capable of proficient verbal negotiations and email communications with overseas clients, and skilled in using office software and common foreign trade tools;
3. Strong market development, communication, negotiation, and stress resistance abilities; goal-oriented and capable of independently developing clients and achieving performance targets;
4. Familiar with foreign trade export processes, document handling, and international logistics knowledge; knowledgeable about relevant international trade laws and practices;
5. Honest, pragmatic, proactive, with good team collaboration spirit and customer service awareness, willing to grow alongside the company.
